1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• All states within Australia with a small flat shipping fee.

• Within a 5km radius from our offices in Strathmore VIC, delivery is free but may take a few days as this will be done via bicycle when we have a free night from homework or sports.

If your location is not listed, please contact us to inquire about special arrangements.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Bicycle Delivery: 2–5 days (may be done on weekends)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!

 

5. Order Tracking

Unfortunately we do not provide order tracking. Rest assured we have received your order and working hard to process it as quickly as possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery;

• We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable
