Our Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:​

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized caps (unless defective)

 

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

 

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
